What is needed to be a good teacher? Going by some unknown estimate that the average person has had close contact with at least approximately 100 teachers by the time he or she leaves secondary school. Besides, the success of good teachers is school was directly related to the capabilities of their instructors. If they are parents, they are interested in their children’s scholastic advancement and achievement. One reason why it is difficult to predict teaching success is that a teacher deals with the most complex thing in the world – the human being. A successful teacher must be able to affect people in such ways that desirable behavior changes occur. He must be able to encourage the individual to think and to make intelligent decisions; he must guide his behavior with increasing effectiveness towards constructive, democratic ends. The complexity of the interaction of the teacher with his pupils is so great that superior teaching assumes the characteristics of an art which, of course, cannot be fully decoded.
